If going through an agent the tariff is the full rate.

People booking in as single and using the room as double for all or part of stay, will be billed as double for the total period.
Full tariff includes a light continental breakfast. Self-contained rate does not include breakfast
One night* deposit is required to secure booking for every 3 nights. Balance on arrival.
No booking will be held longer than 5 days without a deposit or Credit Card.
I normally take payment out of your credit card about a fortnight before your visit, and I will email you a tax invoice/receipt to that effect. The first night is then non-refundable, but you or a friend can redeem it within a six month period. This must be booked direct if using an agent for initial booking.
Additional deposits are non refundable for last minute cancellations.
If paying deposit by Bank Transfer, please ask for details; payment in full on arrival.
No personal cheque will be accepted at time of stay.
